Meet Our Principal

Currently in her third year as Principal of Larry G. Smith Elementary, Ms. de la Cruz’s journey in education began 26 years ago as a science teacher at Skyline High School.

“I started teaching because I needed a job; I stayed because I fell in love with the students.” Since then, she has had several opportunities to work with many talented individuals and teams. She has been fortunate to work in central administration and campus administration from elementary to high school. She has been blessed to work with countless students over the years who continuously remind her of why this work truly matters.

“I’ve loved working with the Bryan Adams family the past three years. The people here are truly special. I look forward to witnessing our students’ continued success from Larry G. Smith through Bryan Adams and beyond!”
